Welcome to Easy Repository
Easy Repository is a directory of businesses and websites from all over the world. And, like the name says, it is easy to enter your business or website in the right spot and just as easy to find the business or website you are looking for.
Easy Repository is a hierachical directory with several top categories. Basically, it works like this:
There are two types of entries:
- A category
- An entry
All entries are organised into categories. This is how it works:
- Each top level category has any number of sub-categories as children, but no entries.
- Each sub-category has any number of categories as children and any number of entries, but only one parent category.
And that is that. Simple, isn't it? Basically an inverted tree directory without a root. The top level directories are children of a single, implied root directory.
How Easy Repository works
Below you will find the top level categories with a short description of each. Click on the category you are interested in. You will be taken to the directories page. At the top will be the path you have followed on Easy Repository. The categories are displayed in boldface. The other links are entries you have visited. You can click on any of them to get back to that page.
Below that you will have first the main category you clicked upon, and under that the child categories in the main category. You can click on any of the child categories to diplay its contents.
The entries of any category will be displayed below its child categories. You have to scroll past the child categories to get to any category's entries.
Click on an entry to see the full description of that entry, including contact details and website url, if any.
Navigation links are supplied to get back to the parent category of either the category or entry diplayed. You can also use the path at the top to do the same.
You will quickly get the hang of Easy Repository's navigation system. It is dead easy.
How to add your business/website to Easy Directory
Click the Sign Up link and fill in your details. You will get an e-mail with a link. Click the link to activate your account. Use your username and password to log in. Find the right category for your entry and add your entry. You are allowed three entries. This can be for one business/website under different categories or for different businesses/websites.
